Awesomenauts Assemble PS4 Patch released!

The Playstation 4 version of Awesomenauts Assemble has just been updated with a new patch!

When the players boot up their copy of the game, they will be introduced to new characters, which were introduced from the forthcoming Starstorm Expansion campaign. They can choose from the high-flying fighter ‘Penny Fox’, or the space marine commando ‘Ted McPain’.

The patch also throws in ‘Custom Games’ which will allow users to customise their private matches to have new rules, and an option to switch the mode into Team Deathmatch and Randomnauts.

It will also feature various fixes, some of which were carried from the latest Steam version.

The PS4 version of Awesomenauts was released earlier this year and it became one of the most downloaded titles on PSN last March. Abstraction Games is currently working on its next patch, and the Xbox One version of the game. Meanwhile, the original makers Ronimo Games are busy improving on the Steam version of Awesomenauts, and are at work on the Starstorm expansion, which should be heading to PC and PS4 later this year.
